CALL FOR PAPER

The Pentecost Journal of Health and Information Technology (PJHIT) is pleased to invite authors within the university community and beyond to submit their manuscripts for consideration in our inaugural edition. PJHIT aims to provide a platform for researchers, academics, healthcare professionals, health administrators, information technologists, and policymakers to share their knowledge and expertise in health and information technology.

PJHIT welcomes submissions of original research articles, case studies, reviews, monographs, and technical reports exploring various healthcare and information technology aspects. Additionally, the journal welcomes policy briefs, opinion pieces, book reviews, and conference proceedings, making it an invaluable resource for healthcare professionals and IT specialists with a keen interest in the fusion of technology and healthcare. Submission

Authors are invited to submit their articles through our online submission system, which is accessible on the journal's website: https://journals.pentvars.edu.gh/index.php/pjhit. Kindly note that you must register using the link below before making your submission: https://journals.pentvars.edu.gh/index.php/index/user/register. Authors are also kindly requested to take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Manuscripts should be original and not published or under consideration elsewhere.
  2. All submissions must be in English and follow the PJHIT Authors Guide provided on our website.
  3. Manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
  4. All submitted articles will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis by at least 3 members of the journal’s Editorial Review Board and 1 Associate Editor.
  5. The final decision regarding acceptance/revision/rejection will be based on the reviews received from the reviewers and at the sole discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.
  6. The submission deadline for this first edition is 30th April 2025
